About

Our Mission

A Vulnerable Mom exists to support, empower, and fill the gap in spaces that truly honor the Caribbean motherhood experience. We help moms navigate motherhood with grace, courage, and authenticity—while building businesses, communities, and lives that reflect their purpose and power.

Our Vision

To be the leading voice in modern motherhood for Caribbean and faith-led moms—reminding them that vulnerability, faith, and intentional community can redefine how we grow, lead, and live as women and mothers.

Feeling It. Facing It. Sharing It. Together

Our Founder

I’m Taasha Reneé—a proud Caribbean homeschooling mama of 3, wife, and Positive Discipline Parent Coach.

My journey into motherhood wasn’t easy. After struggling with conception and experiencing the beauty and intensity of three natural home births, I was transformed—not just as a mother, but as a woman. Those moments broke me open, and in that breaking, I found my mission.

Like so many of us, I felt overwhelmed, under-supported, and stuck in survival mode. I knew there had to be more than just “getting through” motherhood. So in 2019, I created A Vulnerable Mom®️—a community-powered movement rooted in storytelling, strategy, and sisterhood.

Here, we do motherhood intentionally.
We lead with faith, embrace our vulnerability, honor our culture, and believe you don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.

I invite you to join our community, a place where we can feel it, face it, share it, together!
